The Fulfillment Specialist keeps the last hundred metres of the supply chain honest. Working out of our Los Angeles hub, this role picks, packs, verifies and dispatches customer orders against same-day cut-offs, and owns the accuracy of every carton that leaves the floor. When a shipment is short, mislabelled or late, the Fulfillment Specialist is the person who catches it before the customer does.
Fulfillment is where promises become parcels. This role sits at the point the customer actually experiences, and the standard is simple: the right item, packed well, out the door on time, every time.

A carton either arrives complete or it does not — there is no partial credit in fulfillment. If you take quiet pride in a clean pack, an accurate count and a dock that clears before the cut-off, you will do well here.

Tell us what you're shipping and where it needs to be. A coordinator — not a bot — will reply with routing options and a landed cost.
