How we run it.
Overland moves are won and lost at borders, not on the motorway. We run scheduled FTL and LTL departures on fixed corridors with contracted fleet partners, and our own clearance team files the transit documents before the vehicle reaches the frontier.
FTL on scheduled departures
LTL groupage, three times weekly
Cross-border transit documentation
Temperature-controlled trailers
Last-mile delivery on timed slots

The border is the schedule.
Distance is predictable; paperwork is not. We treat every crossing as a planned event with documents filed in advance, so the queue is someone else's problem.
Scheduled trucking means a departure date you can plan around, whether the trailer is full or not.
Transit and customs documents are filed while the vehicle is still loading, so crossings are a formality rather than a wait.
Every load runs against a single file from collection to delivery, with driver, seal numbers and timings recorded on it.
Four stages, one corridor.
The same sequence on every lane, so a driver change or a border delay never resets the plan.
Lane, trailer type and departure slot are fixed at booking, with the crossing chosen for the cargo rather than the shortest line on the map.
Loading is supervised and sealed, with seal numbers and load photos on the file before the vehicle leaves.
Transit documents are pre-filed and the vehicle is tracked leg by leg, including driver rest and border waiting time.
Final mile is booked to a timed slot, with proof of delivery and one invoice for the whole corridor.
