How we run it.
Ocean is a game of dates, not speed. We book against blocked space on weekly sailings out of Chattogram, Singapore and Rotterdam, protect the booking with the carrier rather than the spot market, and file the entry while the box is still at sea.
FCL on fixed weekly sailings
LCL consolidation, twice weekly
Reefer and controlled-atmosphere
Out-of-gauge and breakbulk
Port-to-door with inland haulage

Space held, not hunted.
A rolled container costs more than a premium rate. We hold allocation on every corridor we sell, so the sailing you were quoted is the sailing you get.
Weekly space is blocked with our core carriers on each corridor — your booking confirms against volume we already own, not a spot search.
The same coordinator holds the shipment from stuffing to final delivery, so nothing is renegotiated at a handover.
We watch load lists and terminal cut-offs daily; if a sailing is at risk we move the box to the next confirmed one and tell you first.
Five weeks, four checkpoints.
Long transits fail quietly. We put a fixed checkpoint on every leg so a problem surfaces while there is still time to act on it.
Confirm against held allocation, then stuff at origin under our supervision with photo evidence attached to the file.
Departure, transhipment and ETA changes are tracked against the original booking, not the latest guess.
Entries are filed before berthing so the container releases on discharge instead of sitting in the yard.
Inland haulage is pre-booked to the discharge date, with proof of delivery and one consolidated invoice.

Answers before you ask.
The questions every new shipper sends us first. Anything else — your coordinator answers within the hour, day or night.
