How we run it.
Storage is only useful if the stock figure can be trusted. We run bonded and general warehousing on our own system, count on a rolling daily calendar, and dispatch the same day on anything confirmed before cut-off.

Every downstream promise rests on the stock figure. We would rather spend the shift finding the cause of a variance than posting the adjustment.
Every zone is cycle-counted on a rolling calendar, and each variance is investigated to root cause before anything is adjusted.
