SEC / 01 Overview

How we run it.

Clearance problems are born upstream, in a vague description or a document that arrived late. Our own licensed brokers classify, value and file before the cargo lands, so release on arrival is the default rather than the exception.

SEC / 02 Our approach

Filed before it lands.

An entry submitted on arrival is already late. We work from the commercial documents the moment they exist, not the moment the vessel berths.

A—01
Our licence, our liability

Clearance is handled in-house by our own licensed brokers — not a third party you have never spoken to.

A—02
Classification, defended

Every HS code is reasoned and recorded, so if it is ever questioned we can show the basis rather than rewrite it.

A—03
No surprise on the invoice

Duty, VAT and handling are quoted inside the landed cost. If a surcharge appears afterwards, it is ours to absorb.

SEC / 03 How this service works

Four filings, no queue.

The same sequence on every entry, so nothing depends on which broker happens to be on shift.

Step 01
Review documents

Commercial invoice, packing list and origin evidence are checked for gaps before anything is submitted.

Step 02
Classify & value

HS classification and customs value are set and recorded, with any ruling or preference evidence attached to the file.

Step 03
File & follow

The entry is filed ahead of arrival and tracked through to release, with holds and exams answered by us, not by you.

Step 04
Release & retain

Cargo releases on arrival, duties are settled on your account, and the full entry pack is retained for audit.
